2021: US GIANT.  Associate to Partner.  With $$ rates, this US head quartered firm with a solid London base, is part of the elite when it comes to global dominance and footprint in all matters including business services and, of course, M&A / Corporate work.  You will ideally come from the MC or similar US practice with the brief being: to be on the look out for a 'super' Associate into Partner, that is currently working at the forefront of M&A at their current firm and looking for a step-up in career and firm or an ambitious serious lawyer that is looking for a change from the norm'.  Obvious work will include, but not limited to, IPOs and 2 offerings, M&A, takeovers, debt financing and advice on all finance related structuring of corporate transactions. 

Based in the City of London, Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is the owner of one of the longest serving legal recruitment agencies in London and the South East of England, Ellis-Wake.
