The role

The firm are seeking to hire an IP/IT Solicitor to join the firms Camberley, Surrey office.

The Corporate Commercial department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased work flow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.

The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of IP/IT and commercial law matters.

The IP aspect of the role will include advising on trademarks, design rights, patents, IP licensing, brand protection strategies and brand portfolio management. From an IT and commercial law perspective, the role will provide exposure to matters including SAAS agreements and software licences and high value and cross border commercial contracts.

Requirements

  • You will be an IP/IT Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will have first-class communication and drafting skills
  • Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package
