Working from home in the UK but with some travel to Warwick/Coventry Head Office required.

We are a privately owned University offering hybrid and online study, with centres across the UK and Germany. We have ambitious plans to disrupt the HE sector through our passion for innovation and our vision is to become the digital first choice University for career-focused lifelong learners worldwide. We are also proud to have won Education Business of the year 2020 - Education Investor!

We are searching for a forward thinking Senior Solicitor to join our Legal team.  It’s an exciting time for us, as we continue to grow our University in the UK and Internationally. This role will have an international element which includes Germany but over time may encompass other territories too.  We are a small team and our General Legal Counsel is looking to grow the Legal team to be able to support our business growth plans. As the deputy for Arden’s Legal function you will bring a high level of experience and knowledge to the team.

You will have a number of key responsibilities but we also want you to identify areas of improvement in structure, governance, practices, policies and technology so that the team can effectively provide best in class legal services across the University. You will have innovative solutions and ideas that can help us achieve our strategic direction.

If you have a proven track record as a Solicitor, then we would love to receive your application. Click 'here' to view the full job description.
