5-10 YEARS' PQE

You will be a talented TMT lawyer who understands digital media and advertising/ad-tech business as well as legal issues. You will review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, providing general legal guidance on a broad range of projects. This role will suit a flexible and proactive TMT or digital media lawyer, ideally with advertising and/or ad tech experience. You must at a minimum understand the workings of ad tech and lawyers with fin tech or disruptive tech experience would also add value to the role. You will have excellent knowledge of commercial contract law, extensive experience of a wide range of commercial contracts in the tech/digital space.
