The Role
- The Firm is looking for a Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) experienced in Commercial Property matters to join their thriving office in Surrey.
- This commercial property caseload will include a dynamic combination of commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, development, real estate finance and much more.
- This is an exciting role to work closely with one of the firms most historic and established departments.
- The firm would be able to accommodate pre-existing relationships with clients if someone were looking to transfer their existing contacts / client base.
The Requirements
- You will be a solicitor 2-5 years PQE (although more junior / senior applicants will be considered)
- You will have experience running / assisting on commercial property transactions
