Corporate Associate

LAW Absolute are currently working with a Top 70 firm who are looking to recruit for a new Corporate Associate within their Southampton Office.

This is a great opportunity to join a collegiate firm on a permanent basis, that will give you the opportunity to grow and develop.

Working in the team will involve (but not limited to):

• Advising and assisting in relation to private company M&A.
• Financing and refinancing of businesses, joint ventures and investors agreements.
• Helping with takeovers and other public company work.
• Advice in relation to commercial lending and security.

It is beneficial to have some commercial work, but this is not essential. It is essential though that the successful candidate is confident in dealing with the full range of corporate processes.
