Litigation Manager

We are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity for a Senior Solicitor or Legal executive to join a growing law firm in Sheffield. This firm has consistently expanded over the last 12 months and this is a great opportunity to join its multi disciplined litigation team as a team leader.

As the Team Leader you will assist and support the team's fee earners and claims assistants to ensure they are delivering high levels of customer service by monitoring performance levels against agreed KPI's, managing caseloads, and acting as a referral point for any enquiries. You will be responsible for delivering internal training to all staff at induction and on an ongoing basis when needed and establish excellent relationships with the wider team.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, assisting the Operations Manager in developing the team and new processes and have previous experience working as a Team Leader within a fast-paced personal injury / litigation law environment. It would suit a qualified solicitor or legal executive who has been working in law practice with a good strong ability to manage a large team.
