The Role

This leading Top 200 UK firm are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor into their Chelmsford Office

You will be joining one of the region's leading Employment teams where you will be encouraged into a more senior role with exposure to networking and business development to increase their offering nationally.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law including:

  • Complex TUPE
  • Employment contracts
  • Restructuring
  • Grievances, discipline, bullying and settlement agreement

The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional and national clients - the firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Solicitor with 2 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • You should have first-class communication and outstanding business development skills
