The Role
Because this firm is expanding, they are looking for a 1 + Years PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join their City of London office.
The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly basis, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.
The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling of property, re-mortgaging, new build properties, transfer of equity, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.
You will be working closely with the Head of Department and will therefore be exposed to some great quality work. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
This firm's reputation and desire to succeed is almost unrivalled outside London.
As well as offering a great bonus structure - 20% of all billings above your annual target - as well as medical care packages and other incentives, this role will give you excellent client contact with some of the best Family Law work out there.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1 year PQE
- You will work well in a team
- You will be hungry and wanting to progress
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail and be results driven
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is above market rate with good benefits such as medical and 20% bonus for billings over target
