Commercial Property solicitor to join leading practice

Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm and as the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Commercial Property Solicitor to the team.

The successful candidate will have experience of general commercial property work , e.g. 

• sales and purchases of investment properties including freeholds and leaseholds, 
• grant and taking of leases, 
• general Landlord and Tenant management work, 
• some corporate support work etc. 
• property development work 

The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm and have a strong academic background with 2.1 or above at degree level.  

The team acts for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporates and PLCs, charities, and public-sector bodies including NHS organisations.

You will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiaties.
