Our client is keen to build upon its existing success by the appointment of a further property lawyer to join their thriving team.  

The ideal candidate will be able to handle a range of commercial and residential property. However, lawyers who specialise only in  residential conveyancing will also be considered.

The real estate offering is divided into the following four teams:

• residential
• commercial
• property investor 
• lease extension and lease enfranchisement

The real estate offering has seen a surge in instructions acting for a variety of investors and developers throughout England and Wales – with some buying residential and others commercial property.

Team members are always encouraged to develop their own niche should they wish and you will be given every support in achieving your career aspirations.

The team is renowned for working collaboratively with agents, brokers and other solicitors, to safely execute property transactions swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.

The client base ranges from first time buyers to experienced developers, property agents, mortgage brokers and the ultra-high net worth.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to tackle complex work within strict deadlines.

The firm advises on all aspects of residential property including:

•       Sales and purchases for both UK and overseas clients;

•       Buy-to-let transactions;

•       Remortgages;

•       Transfers of equity;

•       Plot sales;

•       Site acquisition for development;

•       Landlord and tenant issues;

•       Joint ownership agreements;

•       Tenancy agreements;
