Family solicitor to join regional heavyweight

This full service firm has a thriving family law offering and the flow of instructions demands the appointment of a further solicitor to join the team.

All the work is privately funded and the client base is predominantly high net worth individuals.  

The role is very much client facing and you will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload advising on the whole spectrum of family law matters including:

•        Divorce and financial remedy

•        Cohabitation disputes

•        Children disputes (contact, residence, leave to remove)

•        Civil partnerships

•        Pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements

•        Non molestation and occupation orders

It is anticipated that the percentage split of your caseload will be 60% financial remedy 40% private children act matters.
