Commercial Real Estate Solicitor

This role is LIVE as recently confirmed by our client, interviews will be conducted via video calls.

Errington Legal are recruiting for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-2 years PQE to join our clients' busy and well regarded Commercial Real Estate team. Applicants for this position would be considered on a full time or part time (4 days per week) basis and could be based in either of our clients' offices across Essex.

The role will offer exposure to all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including sales and purchases, plot sales, investment, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload, appropriate to their level of experience and with additional training and supervision.

The role will require ongoing business development efforts and therefore the ideal candidate must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours when required and preferably have their own transport.
