Paralegal | 12 month contract | Berkshire
My client, a Healthcare company based in Berkshire is seeking a paralegal to join their in-house team for a period of 12 months.
This will be a varied role where you will have exposure to various commercial agreements including confidentiality agreements, service contracts and procurement matters. You will be expected to support the team with legal administration and liaise with clients to ensure contracts are complete.
The successful candidate will have completed a law degree and have experience of reviewing commercial contracts. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
The company are currently working remotely but will be expected to return to the office when restrictions are eased. Flexible working will be available.
