Residential Property Team Manager.

This leading practice is keen to appoint a senior conveyancer to become manager of their busy and successful Residential Property Team. 

In addition to having overall responsibility for the team, you will also manage your own caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership. 

The team is renowned for working collaboratively with agents, brokers and other solicitors, to safely execute property transactions swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.

You will enjoy taking an active role in business development raising the profile of the department in the local business community.  This includes developing and protecting existing relationships with clients and referrers and generating new referrals.

This is a pivotal role and  as Head of Department you will have full accountability for the commercial performance of the Department including achieving revenue targets, expanding the client base and developing the team.
