An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial litigation solicitor to join the Commercial litigation Department of this leading full service firm.  

The department handles all aspects of commercial disputes including:

• Contract disputes;
• Construction disputes;
• Intellectual property;
• Partnership disputes;
• Shareholder disputes;
• Professional negligence claims;
• Health & Safety and regulatory matters; and
• General commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will be practicing at a highly respected law firm and have a strong academic background with 2.1 or above at degree level.  

You will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives.

You will also be given the opportunity to gain management skills by supporting and supervising more junior members of the team.
