Legal Counsel | Energy Sector | Buckinghamshire
I am currently working with a hugely successful energy company based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to grow their legal team.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a high performing legal team.

Role responsibilities include:
*Drafting and negotiating a range of energy agreements both with corporate, private, and local authority counter-parties
*Assisting with major financing's and refinancing of individual and portfolios of renewable energy and EV charging projects, including project finance arrangements and the issuance of green bonds
*Drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements
*Understanding and advising the Group on energy related regulatory frameworks and the commercial impact of legislative changes
*Developing strong stakeholder relationships and networks within the function and the other business units to support the delivery of objectives and the management of risk

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE*. You will have experience within the energy/renewable energy sector from either a well regarded law firm or in-house. Experience of working on funding infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
