You will join a busy Commercial Litigation Team that deals with very high-quality work, on offer is the opportunity to develop and progress.

The Role
This top 100 ranked firm are seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their Reading, Berkshire office.
As Berkshire is one of their growing and newer locations they can are encouraging commercial litigators of any specialism to apply as they can provide a platform for you to excel in your chosen area.
Work will be broad, making for an interesting caseload, it will include, but not be limited to; Shareholder disputes, injunctions, corporate debt recovery, IP disputes, professional negligence, defamation and contract disputes.

You will work alongside the other partner to drive the department forwards. The litigation department is a core focus of theirs meaning you will be working within an expertly trained and high performing team.

This role would be a great opportunity for a senior solicitor looking for a route to partnership, or a partner seeking a lateral move

  • You will be eligible for a performance-related bonus, which is lucrative


Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be competent on running matters with limited supervision
  • The role will deal with a varied array of work, but with a particular focus on probate work
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience (you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package)
