This top class U.K., pre-eminent firm is on the look-out for either a current partner (or an equally a 'tremendous' associate that has waited just 'too long' to be put on the partnership track).  The active partner level role is for this firm's busy London funds' department with more than several 'leaders', all boasting glowing reviews from all legal directories. You will likely come from a solid London or US funds department and have a solid ground generally in funds and / or investment companies related to funds as well as private funds, retail funds and asset management.  Ideally you will also have experience in listings on all London markets re investment trusts and offshore funds and REITs.
