They have a network of offices across the country, and London is now becoming one of their strongest, they have big plans to continue to expand here with many key hires in the pipeline.

This year alone has been record-breaking, hiring over 30 Partners across multiple disciplines, who have come in and added a vast amount of value to the teams they have joined.

They are ranked as leaders in the Legal 500 across 13 different practice areas and have their eyes set on becoming the go-to firm in the UK. You will find that working for this firm you will be surrounded by individuals who are highly regarded in their respective fields and you will work on some of the largest matters outside of the Top 10 law firms.

The firm has an excellent infrastructure, using some of the best equipment and software in the industry. They have invested heavily in marketing each of their practice areas which has seen a 50% rise in instructions this year alone.

This is an outstanding opportunity to Partner in the Corporate department in this firm's newly established City of London office.

Their expertise extends to advising on public and private M&A, private equity, Joint Ventures, prime brokerage, venture capital.

The corporate team advises across a broad range of industry sectors including infrastructure, infrastructure, financial services, tech, communications, manufacturing, Retail and real estate, SME's.

The team handle transactions with international content including large, multi-jurisdictional deals and assist with structuring transactions to accommodate different international regulatory requirements.

Due to further growth, they are looking for a broad corporate Partner, however should you be more focused in one particular area they would be interested in exploring further.

You will be:

  • An experienced Corporate Solicitor / Partner with at least 8 years PQE
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and keen to get stuck in with a market leading team
  • A team player, that is able to lead and delegate
