Commercial Solicitor at Senior Associate level

The successful candidate will advise clients on a range of commercial issues, including 

• contract drafting and negotiation of high value and complex contracts, 
• procurement contracts, 
• agency and distribution agreements, 
• IT contracts, 
• outsourcing agreements,
• general terms and conditions (B2B and B2C), 
• data protection, 
• intellectual property and 
• commercial due diligence.

The successful candidate will be practising at a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background.  High quality drafting and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently.  

You will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives, attending networking events and raising the profile of the commercial offering more generally.
