Hong Kong relocation opportunity for Funds Associates - International Offshore Firm (0-4 PQE)

We are working closely with a leading offshore firm on a new opportunity for an investment funds lawyer to join its expanding Hong Kong office.

Led by ex-City firm and locally qualified partners, the team works closely with the firm’s network of offices around the globe to provide a fully-integrated offshore corporate and international finance advisory service.  It is particularly well-renowned for its investment funds, private equity, and M&A work, advising Asian clients on BVI and Cayman law transactions.  

Applications are welcome from UK/commonwealth or Hong Kong qualified candidates with between 0-4 years of post-qualified experience at leading international firms. An excellent academic background is essential, as is a clear desire to join a dynamic, high-performing and fast-growing team. 

Whilst the preference is for candidates to be working in a Funds team already, applications are also welcome from more general corporate lawyers who are interested in transitioning into the funds sector.  Chinese language capabilities would also be an advantage, although not strictly essential.
