The Role

This top 50 firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing office in the heart of Liverpool.

The Corporate department is UK wide and have an accolade of awards and leading individuals recognised in the Legal 500.

The team have a particular focus on corporate transactions work, including M&A's, trade sales and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins. The team advises on national and international deals ranging in value from less than £5 million

They act for both buyers and business owners in a wide range of industry sectors. Transactions range from strategic acquisitions to entrepreneurs selling or exiting their businesses. Clients include large corporates as well as listed companies, owner-managed businesses, SMEs and individual shareholders.

You will manage your own caseload of corporate transactional work and company advisory work, including structuring, governance, drafting and reviewing transactions and corporate documents and mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
  • Proven experience in all aspects of private M&A's transactions
  • Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
  • You will have a meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to handle a high-level caseload

Remuneration

  • Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and excellent benefits package
