Job Details
Our client is a leading asset manager, looking to hire a Paralegal to join their transaction management legal team.
The successful candidate will work at a high level of responsibility and support the Head of Legal and senior lawyers with negotiation and execution of relevant transactional documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, CSAs and GMRAs and other trading, clearing and settlement documentation. You will also be supporting on day to day legal queries and matters relating to existing and new funds/segregated accounts.
Skills Required
- Strong academics
- 1+ years' experience as a paralegal at a leading firm or in-house legal team.
- Experience in corporate, financial services, investment banking or asset management
