You will be confident in advising clients on all aspects of residential Conveyancing. The work involves freehold and leasehold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership.

The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of case management systems and an ability to use online systems such as those used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc.
