Real Estate Finance - Partner Role for 9 pqe+ - South West

This is an immediate Partner position for talented real estate finance senior associate or junior partner looking to relocate to / work in the South West of the Country.This is a succession role to a retiring partner. NO following required.

Our client is a regional heavyweight with a very substantial and market leading real estate practice, particularly preeminent in the development and project/ project finance space. Acting for both the private and public sector and with outstanding expertise in commercial and residential development, the client base includes clearing and private banks, building societies and alternative lenders, off-shore corporates and high net worth clients.

Grounded, extremely friendly and cohesive culture, well managed and a good attitude to work life balance.

The firm would be especially interested in senior level lawyers currently based in London but who are perhaps interesting in relocating down to the South West for family reasons and quality of life. The current clients of the firm in real estate finance and corporate real estate are largely London based so knowledge of the market would be an advantage.
