Defendant Healthcare Solicitor

Prestigious partner led law firm has two excellent opportunities within their defendant Healthcare department for a Solicitor who is between 2-4 years qualified and has defendant healthcare claims experience. This defendant Healthcare Solicitor role is within a Top 100 practice. This position is based in their Newcastle upon Tyne office situated in a prime location. The Role

-You will be fully supported as you effectively manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims against NHS clients across sectors and represent said clients at Inquests.

-Day to day tasks include taking instructions and giving bespoke advice to clients, drafting documents and managing matters from start to completion.

The Candidate

-You must have defendant Healthcare experience.

-Ideally your experience will include NHS Resolution and/or inquest experience.

-It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, show sound judgement and be an effective problem solver. Your pragmatic nature will be a strong attribute.

-You will enjoy the mix of working autonomously as well as within a friendly collaborative team.
