The Role
4+ PQE Employment Lawyer to join quality-driven boutique in Bristol
Supporting a wide array of commercial clients, you will advise on employment issues facing business that have longstanding connections to the firm.
The role will involve advising a predominately commercial client base on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
The guidance you provide will be influential in the processes adhered to by clients, having input into terms of employment, policies and handbooks.
As a growing firm, the opportunity is to hand for continued progression internally, with the firm seeking those driven in their approach and willing to engage with new potential clients.
The Requirements
- 4+ PQE in Family Law
- Experience in supporting commercial clients, both Claimant and Respondent
- Willing to work collaboratively with other teams, owing to continued referrals
- Keen to engage with the market to expand the reach of the department
