Their clients include a stellar list of premier developers, lenders and sponsors, with their top-level practice spanning the asset classes and including big-ticket projects across power, solar, water and transport infrastructure. Applicants will need to be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with a strong track-record in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. You'll particularly need to be familiar with concessions, O&M agreements, offtake agreements, feedstock agreements etc, ideally covering a range of asset types.
