Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm and as the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Commercial Property assistant Solicitor to the team.

The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm and have a strong academic background with 2.1 or above at degree level.  You will have a general commercial property background which should include Landlord and Tenant, Freehold and Leasehold, and Acquisitions and Disposals.

The successful candidate will gain experience in development work and high-value transactions, acting for individuals, quality SMEs, developers and local agricultural clients from across Dorset and Somerset.

You will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload of Sale, Purchase and Lease matters of Commercial Real Estate.  You will also support more senior members of the team working on larger, more complex matters.
