Legal Counsel

Leading facilities management and professional services company with highly regarded legal team requires a commercial lawyer to help support sales and operational teams in the division's mixed service line concerning contract bids, extensions and renewals.

Day to day you can expect to work as a part of a small, supportive and close-knit legal team, responsible for identifying and delivering sound, pragmatic solutions to complex and rapidly changing situations. You'll provide up to date and timely commercial legal advice on bids, contracts and renewals covering key areas such as TUPE, IP, Change in Law, limits of liability.

We would imagine this person will have at least a couple of years PQE in non-contentious commercial law and any candidate with exposure to large outsourcing negotiations would be especially welcome to apply.

Whilst the role will be based in Manchester, remote working arrangements will be available to the successful candidate and the aggregate package in the region of £55-65K.
