Private Funds/AIFMD Lawyer - Global Investment Management Firm - Competitive Day Rate 

The Client

Our client, a global asset manager, is searching for a mid-level private funds lawyer. The ideal is for this position to start ASAP and run for a minimum of 6 months.

The Role

This role sits within the Private Funds legal team. It is a broad role, covering drafting, assisting and negotiating fund documentation and service provider agreements. Key markets include the UK, Ireland, France, Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands. 

About You

You should:

• Have top law firm or in-house training;
• Have experience in investment management and funds, particularly AIFMD
• Be 4-10 PQE;
• Be qualified into a financial services team;
• Be a UK qualified lawyer.
