Debt Capital Markets Lawyer – Global Bank – Contract – Competitive Day Rate

The Client

Our client, a global investment bank, is searching for a junior capital markets lawyer. The ideal is for this position to start ASAP as a 6-12 month contract; however permanent applications will also be considered.

The Role

This role sits within the Debt Capital Markets legal team. It is a broad role, and covers a wide variety of work, including corporate and banking transactions, bonds, and notes. Candidates having exposure to Russia & CIS or Far East markets would be beneficial. Once hired, you may be provided with the opportunity to move internally, therefore developing your skills in new areas.

About You

You should:

• Have top law firm or in-house training;
• Be 1.5+ PQE;
• Be qualified into a financial services team;
• Be a UK qualified lawyer.
