The Client

Our client, a global investment bank, is searching for a mid-level capital markets lawyer. The ideal is for someone to come in for a 6 month contract; but there is potential here for a permanent role in the long-term.

The Role

This role sits within the Debt Capital Markets legal team. It is a broad role, and covers a wide variety of work, including corporate and banking transactions, bonds, and notes. There is a focus on both UK and emerging markets matters. Once hired, you may be provided with the opportunity to move internally, therefore developing your skills in new areas.

About You

You should:

• Have top law firm or in-house training;
• Be 4+ PQE;
• Be qualified into a financial services team;
• Be a UK qualified lawyer.
