Our client based in Sheffield is looking to recruit a Commercial solicitor to join its established legal team
Description
Some of the work will include Commercial matters, drafting NDA's and other types of contracts. Working on matters escalated from Procurement team. Working with the Marketing and Communications department. Dealing with a diverse range of in house matters IP/ DP/ supporting the Company Secretariat. Dealing with Project work. Dealing with Risk.
Profile
Commercial solicitors from both private practice or in house should apply for this role, flexible on level of PQE. Knowledge of Public Sector law would be desirable, Data Protection, Freedom of Information.
Candidates who have the willingness and desire to learn/ pick up new areas of legal work and who are commercially astute would be a good fit for this role.

The salary in commensurate with market rates. Excellent benefits to include 30 days holiday plus Bank holidays, Employer Pension contribution15%, bonus. Flexible working.
