Our client is part of a leading regulatory body, undertaking corporate and commercial work for its membership.
The role is broad with good levels of responsibility.
Work will include:
Transactional work, corporate structures, company start-ups, shareholders agreements, company restructuring, partnership agreements, LLPs, shareholder and partnership disputes and contractual negotiations.
