The Role

NQ to 2 PQE Real Estate Lawyer to join Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team.

Very much a full spectrum role, you will take ownership of a full range of Real Estate matters for uniquely varied client base.

You will be acting for well-known regional and national developers, social housing providers, investment companies, waste operators, FE Colleges and local authorities on matters relating to commercial and residential developments, energy and waste projects, education property investment, healthcare, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising.

Taking advantage of your existing expertise, you will continually develop upon your legal knowledge via mentorship from Partners, whilst having the breathing space to make the work your own and allow your reputation to become a hallmark for quality.

In return for your service, you will experience prolonged career progression, be it into leadership or to focus on your preferred niches.

The Requirements

  • Competence within Real Estate, be it from training or a prior role with a leading firm
  • Commerciality in engaging with complex issues
  • Confidence and friendly demeanour when engaging with clients
  • Willingness to progress as a lawyer.
