Exclusive Instruction: Partner Track for a Senior Tax Associate (4-6 PQE) – Global US Firm

We have been instructed on a new role with a global US firm that is looking to bring in a senior associate to join its international tax practice in London. 

Anyone who joins at this level will be in a very strong position to progress their career towards promotion given the lean structure and expectation that the team will be promoting from within its ranks in the near future.

The practice advises a mix of clients including high net worth individuals, trusts, private equity houses, funds, asset management firms as well as investment banks and international corporates in the telecoms and tech sectors as well as various other industries.

The firm is willing to consider candidates with around 4-6 years of PQE focussing on transactional, operational and indirect tax matters, ideally with experience of advising on the tax elements of fund structuring. 

Candidates should have a sound personal knowledge of corporate tax, VAT and stamp duty.

Applications are particularly sought from senior associates currently at Magic Circle or similarly high-quality UK/US firms in London, who are looking for a role with greater potential for career development in a smaller team.

More junior or senior candidates are welcome to register their interest, especially if they are coming from a leading international firm in the City.
