The department acts for an impressive client base which includes trusted owner managed/family businesses, entrepreneurs, SMEs and individuals.
You will be confident in managing your own caseload of contentious and non contentious matters acting for both employer and employee. Matters will include redundancy/reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination and breach of contract
You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives designed to attract new clients. These will include participating in presentations internally and externally and active attendance of networking events/relevant industry bodies.
The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background.
