Commercial Lawyer 3-8 years PQE sought to join International Distribution / Manufacturing company based in Farnham, Surrey.

In the last 3 - 4 years, this company has grown from £900 million turnover to now £3 billion and are looking to recruit in line with their significant and organic growth.

They have offices and sites in almost every single major city in the UK and they are considered pioneers and industry leaders in their field. The role

This company are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join a growing legal offering based in Farnham, Surrey.

You will be working in a team of 3-4 based in Farnham, dealing with a broad variety of Commercial matters including Commercial Contracts, Regulatory Matters, Data Protection, GDPR, Supplier Agreements and much more. This is a broad commercial role of which, no day is ever the same.

You will be gaining broad caseload exposure in this position and you will be reporting to the Senior Counsel in this along with an established and highly experience team lawyers.

You will be expected to keep up to date with relevant / industry developments relating to the manufacturing sector. There will be an emphasis on home working in light of covid-19.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Solicitor and you will be 3+ years PQE.
  • You will have a strong sense of commercial acumen and you will have experience running your own files
  • You will work well within a team, but have the ability to also work autonomously when required.
