Chadwick Nott have today received instructions from one of the South West's leading firms on a requirement for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their thriving team at an Associate or Senior Associate level as part of organic expansion.
Successful candidates would be joining a close-knit team that is marked for expansion and will therefore be able to offer excellent progression prospects. They will also find a very high quality of work available, with household name clients and complex/high value matters such as mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; corporate restructurings and demergers; fundraisings; private equity and venture capital transactions; company Law and constitutional advice; general commercial agreements including supply agreements and standard terms; data protection; and intellectual property.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years' post-qualification experience from a reputable firm and have provided advice on the above matters to SME and larger companies.
