We have a role for an experienced costs draftsperson to join a leading commercial law firm
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be expected to provide dedicated costs support for litigation lawyers across several UK offices.
The post-holder will be responsible for the management of a varied caseload including schedules of costs, bills of costs/budgets, negotiating costs to settlement with some advocacy.
The role involves dealing with both adverse and recovery costs claims on predominantly multi track matters.
This is an opportunity for a self-starter with the confidence to work autonomously, working on files from start to finish.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role applicants must have relevant experience in; drafting points of dispute, points of reply, costs budgets and bills of costs and Costsmaster.
