12 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client, a leading global media and entertainment company, is recruiting an experienced lawyer with content distribution and apps delivery experience to join its high performing legal & business affairs team. You will work closely with your commercial and legal colleagues in the UK and the EU to deliver great third party channels and apps to our client's customers, as well as secure the best distribution opportunities for its channels and content onto other platforms. You will be instrumental in delivering strategic and high-profile commercial deals autonomously, which will require you to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

You will be a qualified solicitor with high calibre training and demonstrable experience in-house either within an app based/digital business or within content distribution in media. In every case, you will need familiarity with the app sector and technology developments, particularly in relation to content delivery. You will also need versatility, a commercial approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges, even if they are not within your area of expertise.
