The flow of instructions demands the appointment of a further employment solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of employment work. This will include

• supporting litigation matters across all levels of the tribunal process (including advocacy where appropriate), 
• assisting on corporate transactions (including due diligence, advising on consultation exercises and working on transaction documents) 
• providing ongoing HR and employment support to businesses (including advising businesses on internal processes as well as strategic employment matters). 

You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives designed to attract new clients.  

The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background.
