Commercial contract guru required for 12-month fixed term contract working for a highly-regarded international pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge.

Aside the strong contracts focus and the ability to draft and negotiate to an exceedingly high-level, you will need to be a stellar communicator and able to convey to the business the contractual risk profile. You will need to be a hands-on lawyer and demonstrate a willingness to get stuck into a diverse range of contracts ranging from the big-ticket, high-profile agreements through to the more routine contracts. The role supports the global Supply Chain function, so experience of supporting a manufacturing business with a complicated supply chain may be as useful as Pharma experience.

Salary is likely to be in the region of £65k with a20% uplift in terms of flexible benefits which can be taken as a cash alternative. Whilst the role is based in Cambridge, post-pandemic there will be an option to work roughly half the week from home, but some presence in Cambridge will be required on a regular basis.
