Job Details
Offshore Legal has received instruction to source an experienced legal secretary for this leading firm in the Cayman Islands. This is a rare opportunitiy for a senior PA/secretary from off island to be relocated to the Cayman Islands. Due to work permit restrictions, the firm can only consider secretaries with private practice law firm experience, ideally in Corporate, Finance or Litigation. Legal secretaries currently on island are also obviously encouraged to apply.
Duties/responsibilities will be as expected, including; preparing correspondence and legal documents, diary management, liaising with local and international clients, maintaining time-keeping records, invoicing etc. There will also likely be opportunity to assist on transactions and any relating matters. Candidates must possess excellent organizational and computer skills, with the ability to type accurately at a speed of at least 65wpm.
