We are looking for proactive commercial lawyers who are available immediately to take on a 3-6 month contract with a fast-paced high tech content business.

This will suit a high energy lawyer who will enjoy working in a dynamic and high growth environment. You will be a general commercial lawyer with IP and GDPR experience who has an international outlook and who has worked and advised on multinational deals.

The business is in growth and international expansion mode so you will need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and work on a wide range of matters - everything from negotiating NDAs and preparing FAQs for the business on templates/processes to advising on data sharing agreements. You will work with colleagues in Procurement, Monetisation and Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT.

Anyone with experience in ad tech or in digital advertising sales will be highly beneficial.
