The Role
The firm are looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their office in Colchester.
You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters. The caseload will vary, but you can be expected to work on matters including: M&A, Partnership and Shareholder agreements, Commercial contracts, Corporate Finance and Partnerships to name a few
This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base, they are entrepreneurial and looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook and outstanding progression prospects.
Requirements
- You will be an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor with NQ - 4 PQE
- You will have a solid technical knowledge on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters
- You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
