Are you a qualified solicitor looking for an in-house role? If so, then we have an opportunity to join our team in a newly created role!  

As our Legal Counsel you will support our VP, Legal Affairs and the wider business on a variety of matters that apply to the business, our services and our products.

You will take responsibility and ownership for legal support to our Procurement and Supply-Chain functions as well as having the opportunity to get involved with activities associated with the wider group. You will draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and be responsible for reviewing and updating templates and legal documents ensuring that they are all relevant with any changes to legislation.

A key part of this role will be to communicate with the business at all levels and provide advice on potential risks for business decisions as well as promoting best practice therefore someone who had the ability to communicate at all levels will be key to success in this role.

To be successful in this role we’re looking for you to have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

•           UK qualified solicitor or if qualified abroad significant experience in UK legal

•           ideally 1-3 years PQE with experience in a top tier firm
