Senior Legal Counsel - FTC

My client is a market leader and enjoys a Premium Listing on the London Stock Exchange. Their established and highly regarded in-house legal function now seeks to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12 month fixed term contract. This high profile role will provide high quality legal advice and manage legal risk as well as leading on strategic legal work.

It is essential you have experience of working for or working with life assurance companies as this project focused role will provide specialist support with regards the integration and restructure of life companies and insurance portfolios acquired through M&A.

You will be a qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in financial services and relevant exposure to pensions and insurance gained in-house or via private practice. An understanding of commercial and corporate transactions would also be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate significant personal credibility combined with the ability to inspire colleagues. You will also be a skilled communicator and capable of interacting at all levels.
